Creativity Production Management & Job Costing Module
This module is a very complete means of costing production and viewing the effects of material price changes or efficiency changes on the production line.
A filling line is made up of elements, machinery, operators, overheads etc., each of which is given a cost.
Finished products are transferred from the Finished Product module to the relevant production line. The output rate and number of operators required be entered and the computer creates a detailed cost estimate.
Reports show the sales value and margin for any particular order, the bulk product required to fulfil it and the time required on a filling line for its completion.
It is possible to vary the speed of output or the number of operators and instantly view the effect on cost of production.
Any changes in material, component or labour charges are automatically transferred to the Costing Module.
Mailing
The Mailing Module will print labels for all or selected materials, suppliers, customers and contacts as and when required. Use it for labelling material samples, addressing envelopes, and circulating customers or even for your Christmas card list.
